A restorative breathwork session is designed to relax your body and bring your nervous system into a calm state. This session will help you unwind, relax, and give the ultimate gift of self-care, helping you better manage your external circumstances.

Signs you may need to tap into self-care include:

  • Fatigue (physical and mental)

  • Increased stress

  • Irritability

  • Neglecting basic needs

  • Lack of enjoyment

  • Negative self-talk

  • Lack of boundaries

During this session, we will use downregulating breathing techniques, which have no known contraindications (concerns for participating).
