A restorative breathwork session is designed to relax your body and bring your nervous system into a calm state. This session will help you unwind and feel blissful harmony within, helping you better manage your external circumstances.

The absence of inner peace can manifest in various ways. Here are some signs that may suggest you are struggling with feeling inner peace:

  • Persistent anxiety

  • Chronic stress

  • Difficulty relaxing

  • Racing thoughts

  • Insomnia or disturbed sleep

  • Lack of patience

  • Constant busyness

  • Difficulty saying no

  • Physical symptoms (headaches, digestive issues, muscle tension)

During this session, we will use downregulating breathing techniques, which have no known contraindications (concerns for participating).
